Facemask is required throughout the entire time of service. Please don’t book an appointment if you are not feeling well.

A $30 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to book an appointment/Secure your appointment through PayPal or Zelle [creamiesunrose1983@gmail.com]. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY on the day of the Appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if deposit is not received within 30 minutes of booking.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and be imposed a fee valued at 40% of the entire cost of the missed service and banned from future bookings. 

An extra $60 fee is required for Squeeze-In appointments.

If you arrive later than 15 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee and 30 minutes late, appointment will be cancelled.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment kindly do so 3 days before your appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule once 3 days before your appointment with the same deposit.

Please come with your hair washed and properly detangled. If you are natural, kindly blow dry your hair. Hair must be free of oils and other hair products. I will not service dirty hair.

Braiding hair is included in all prices. Please keep in mind that everyone’s hair texture is different, and your hair may not look like another person’s hair. However, I will make sure the style is done to the best of my ability. Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around for effective service delivery.

House calls are available within Murfreesboro and Nashville for an additional fee starting at $100 depending on location.
